Meet our team

Cecilia

Cecilia is the owner of our company, originally from Brazil and residing in Italy for over twenty years.

Her deep passion for our territory led her to establish Italy Bike Tour in 2012, aiming to introduce Brazilian travelers to the beauty of Italy and Europe. In 2019, she founded Via Panoramica, an incoming travel agency based in Gabicce and Rimini, which also includes a bike rental service and cycling apparel. Starting in 2024, she launched a Bike Café in the enchanting village of Gabicce Monte

You will often find her cycling on tours, sharing stories about the charming villages you will explore. Cecilia speaks Portuguese, Italian, and English fluently, making her an excellent travel companion for anyone looking to discover new places by bike.

Alessandro

Alessandro is our expert local guide and support van driver from Rimini.

He ensures that every participant has an unforgettable experience. He often handles the transfer of luggage from hotel to hotel, guaranteeing that each journey is comfortable and stress-free. With his skills in managing bicycles and maneuvering the trailer, he is among those who can tackle even the most challenging situations. Not only does he drive, but he also prepares fantastic picnics along the route, providing moments of relaxation and camaraderie during stops.

He speaks fluent English, making him an ideal travel companion for anyone looking to explore new places by bike. His experience and welcoming spirit make him a valuable member of our team.

Enrico

Enrico is a former professional cyclist and now a skilled bicycle mechanic.

You will find him on the most challenging tours, such as the Marathon dles Dolomites and the Haute Route, where he serves as the perfect companion and motivator during the toughest climbs. After returning to the hotel, he also doubles as our favorite masseur, ensuring that everyone feels relaxed after a long day of cycling.

Don’t forget to treat him to a well-deserved drink!

Flavio

Flavio was born in São Paulo but has been living in Modena for several years.

He is the perfect cycling guide, known for his patience, determination, and eagerness to explore. One of his favorite regions to ride in is Puglia, where he enjoys the stunning landscapes and vibrant culture. However, we also manage to keep him closer to home at times, accompanying groups through the beautiful areas of Emilia-Romagna and Marche.

Flavio’s passion for cycling and his engaging personality make him an invaluable asset to our team.

Patrick

Patrick is Dutch and, after several years working in finance, he chose to move to Italy.

He has developed a deep love for this territory, and his keen eye as a visitor allows him to know it better than many locals. Fluent in both English and Italian, Patrick takes care of our bicycles and is often found in the shop delivering rental bikes and providing advice for day trips.

He accompanies various groups on both daily rides and multi-day tours throughout Emilia-Romagna and Marche, sharing his enthusiasm for cycling and the beautiful landscapes of the region.

Silvia

Silvia is the newest addition to our team, joining us in 2024 as a booking manager.

She is responsible for coordinating all the services included in our tours, as well as handling the administrative aspects of the company. With 14 years of experience in the cycling tourism sector, Silvia brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. After spending many years in Ireland, she returned to Italy with the goal of showcasing the beauty of her country through cycling.

When she’s not busy managing clients or suppliers, you might find her accompanying some of our tours, sharing her passion for cycling and travel.
